Work-Life Balance Package

  • "My job requires so much from me- my blood, sweat and tears are not ever enough. I never have time for myself or my family."

  • "I am overworked, underpaid and never appreciated here.  I have to go harder to get the recognition that I deserve."

  • "This job exemplifies the law of diminishing returns; the more effort that I put in, the less progress I seem to make."

  • "I promised myself that I wouldn't bring work home, but my boss is always online and doesn't respect the fact that our day ends at 6pm.  If we do not respond to emails right away, even outside of business hours, we will feel the wrath and I can't risk losing this job."

  • I spend so much time and put so much effort into my work and by the time that I get home, I am tapped out.  I never get to spend time with my kids and my partner and forget seeing friends and family.  There's no time or energy."

If so, you may have professional PTSD and need help

If you're wondering how I know so much about Professional PTSD also known as work-related trauma, it's because I have experienced it.  I have been where you are now- out of balance and run down, constantly fearing termination and being really affected by a relationship with a destructive and unsupporting supervisor.

Sis, I remember leaving the house for work at 8 am, my baby still sleeping, and working until 7 or 8 pm, only to return home to a baby sleeping again.  AND I was pumping- in the car, in the office and dragging the pump and frozen bag of milk back and forth. (Sometimes forgetting them at the office or in the car). I had a bad boss, who in the end, didn't seem to have time for me and kept telling me that we might get laid off.  It was anxiety on 100,1000, trillion...it was tough.

But you know what?  I am out of that situation now, working for myself and I have learned through my own therapy and coaching how to get things back on track with more balance.

Let me help you lean in while learning to find that same level of balance and ease.  You won't regret it!  I didn't.
